Excellent points Les...Fortunately we have not ever had a customer service meltdown...I have had bad experiences buying on line, and not been pleased with the results. In the past I think companies selling on line felt they were anonymous, and could get away with less than personable service...fortunately that is not the case anymore when people can blog, twitter or tell all their friends on facebook about their experience!
